Hello,
We would like to invite you
to our third annual fall
festival. The Mauston
Pumpkin Bash currently is
accepting reservations for
vendor spaces. There will be
limited spaces so please
consider the dates and
contact us as soon as
possible.
Easily found, the festival
is going to be located 20
min. north of the Wisconsin
Dells area and just off of
1-90/94. 1.5 miles east of
Mauston on Hwy 82. Vendors
will be open from 9 a.m. to
6 p.m. on Saturday and 10
a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
We had a very successful
fest last year. with about 6,000 in
attendance and are looking to improve on
it. The area people, as well as the
tourist looking for their last fall
activity enjoyed all the events that
were provided for them. We feel this
will grow even bigger as the years go
on.
Some of the other activities
that we will have are a
pumpkin catapult, pie baking
contest, tug-a-war contest,
inflatable rides, pumpkin
painting, corn maze, hay
maze, pony rides, horseback
riding, hay rides, live
entertainment, games for the
kids and more.
Our outdoor spaces for
vendor art/craft spaces, 10
x10, will be $60.00 for the
entire weekend. All
art/craft vendors must stay
for both entire days. This
year we will make available
indoor spaces, in a large
heated tent, on a first come
basis, as there is
limited space. Again the
space will be 10 x10 for
$85.00
(REPEAT AND EARLY BIRD VENDORS WILL
RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT.)
If you are a vendor that
will sell out of your
vehicle then the price will
be $3.50 a foot frontage.
Maximum length of selling
space up to 30' with any
additional footage charged
$4.00 per foot frontage. All
spaces have a depth of 18'
(8' for vehicle-10' for
canopy). Camping is
available on your location
or if you wish to camp off
premises, contact us for
suggestions.
Please include a detailed
description of your
merchandise on the
reservation form along with
your nonrefundable $30.00
deposit, indoor space
deposit is $45.00
All reservations are by July
1, 2008
Set up will begin as early
as Thursday the 23rd and go
no later than Saturday the
25th at 9 a.m. We will be
open at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
